/keksówka 20cm/

2 łyżki nasion chia (ja nie dałam),
4 kopiaste łyżki zmielonych nasion babki płesznik lub jajowatej (lub zmielone siemię lniane),
szczypta soli,
1 łyżka miodu syropu klonowego lub syropu z agawy,
3 łyżki oleju rzepakowego lub roztopionego oleju kokosowego,
1,5 szklanki wody
Wszystkie składniki dokładnie wymieszać w dużej misce i odstawić na kilka godzin (co najmniej dwie) celem napęcznienia.
Następnie przełożyć do niedużej keksówki (dł. 20 cm) wysmarowanej masłem.
Piec w 180 stopniach przez 20 minut, po czym wyłożyć chleb z formy do góry dnem na blachę i piec kolejne 40 minut.
Chleb zostawić do całkowitego wystudzenia, inaczej będzie rozpadać się przy krojeniu. Najlepiej upiec go wieczorem i zostawić na noc do ostygnięcia. Chlebek najlepiej kroi się ostrym, cienkim nożem.
